We could not cancel your appointment automatically as it is not allowed by the system due to one of the following reasons:
- Your appointment date is too close. The appointment can be cancelled only up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If your appointment time is less than 48 hours away from cancellation request time, it can not be done automatically.
